When it comes to choosing a storage company, it’s important to consider whether their storage bins are climate controlled. Without proper temperature and humidity regulation, stored items can experience damage from the elements over time. Think about the most valuable item you plan to store and the cost of replacing it if necessary.

COOL-BINZ uses an advanced delivery system that can park your storage bin just about anywhere. Once confirming your order, COOL-BINZ will schedule and notify you of your delivery timeframe prior to your requested date. The driver will also notify you when they are on the way to your location via text, or call based on your preference.

Your COOL-BINZ will require a flat and level surface. Be sure your desired bin placement area is clear of obstacles including low hanging branches and is within 25′ of a standard non-GFCI outlet for power.

Your COOL-BINZ will require power from a 110v standard non-GFCI outlet. The power cord is 25′ in length. Extension cords with waterproof connectors are also available to rent for a small fee.

Our climate-controlled storage bin and fully insulated walls and roof create an efficient and low cost climate system. Average costs range from $10.00 to $20.00 a month depending on outside temperature.

Your COOL-BINZ rental includes $5,000.00 in damage waiver insurance to protect your bin from potential damage while at your location. This prevents you from having to provide proof of damage coverage to insure the equipment at the time of rental.

We provide $5,000.00 in damage waiver insurance coverage with your rental pricing to protect the container itself, and we also offer varying amounts of affordable contents insurance with low deductibles to protect your stored items from any unforeseen issues. Insurance is provided through Storage Protectors.

Unforeseen events can cause damage to your stored items and are beyond your control. While we offer the best container and portable storage environment in the industry, COOL-BINZ is not liable for damage to your goods when stored. Many personal insurance policies carry deductibles that exceed the value of the goods contained with them. This is the same as not having coverage at all! COOL-BINZ makes it simple and affordable to protect items.

You can reserve storage bins through our online reservation system by visiting our website at www.cool-binz.com or by calling the office during normal business hours at 239-370-2332.

Your reservation, along with its initial invoice, and monthly recurring payments will require a credit card on file. We do not accept checks or cash payments.

Delivery charges are based on your location and are calculated at time of order.

COOL-BINZ rentals are a full 4-weeks. Invoices are charged on a 28-day cycle. We do not offer prorated rental charges.

You can rent our refrigeration and freezer bins for 1 month, 2 weeks, 1 week, or 3-day timeframes.

Unlike the competition, COOL-BINZ does not charge any deposit or administrative fees.

We offer climate-controlled, non-climate-controlled, and mobile office spaces in both 7 x 16 and 7 x 20 sizes. Our refrigeration and freezer bins are both available in 7 x 12.

COOL-BINZ can refer to reputable and vetted pack and load companies that can help you estimate your storage needs and pack your bin for you.

We always suggest having a professional company wrap, pack, and load your contents for their best protection during transportation and while stored.

We recommend loading tall items evenly by weight along the side walls and not packing tall or upholstered items in front of or in the direct line of the blower. Pack boxes and smaller items down the middle, keeping in mind spacing for air flow. Securing sections using our eTrack system straps will help avoid movement of goods. This allows for the best circulation of the climate-controlled air and correct packing keeps the container’s weight balanced for transportation.

Your initial delivery will be scheduled when your order has been confirmed. If you need the storage bin relocated to another location or your current site, or you are ready for pick up, please contact the office to schedule.

Yes, we will do our best to accommodate your requested delivery date when confirming your order. If scheduling will not allow that specific date and time, we will work with you for the best time frame possible to meet your needs.

COOL-BINZ does not allow the storage of perishable items, flammables or the habitation of people and animals, whether alive or dead.

We do not ship internationally.

If you do not wish to keep your COOL-BINZ at your location, we offer park and plug-in stations at our facility for a small monthly rental charge. You will have access to your bin for loading and unloading and for checking on your contents while stored – no appointment necessary! Delivery charges and a monthly charge apply.

Yes, we offer a discount for those who have served. Call the office for more information. Proof of service required.

Yes, we offer many items to help with your storage needs. We offer moving blankets, locks, and extension cords.

Yes, we clean, sanitize and inspect all our bins after each use.

Confirm the storage bin is plugged into a non-GFCI outlet and the breaker has not been tripped. The storage bin will restart to its preset temperature. Please call the office for further troubleshooting.

Invoices are provided in emails from COOL-BINZ and are available on the client’s dashboard. You can also call the office and ask them to send you a copy.
