Lace Up for a Cause:

COOL-BINZ of Charlotte Joins the Run Jen Run 5K & Festival

This isn’t just another event. It’s a powerful opportunity to live out our commitment to breast cancer charities right here in Charlotte. On Saturday, March 21, 2026, the COOL-BINZ of Charlotte team will be right in the heart of the action at Symphony Park (4400 Sharon Rd) for the 14th Annual Run Jen Run 5K & Festival held by the Go Jen Go Foundation.

Founded in 2009 by breast cancer survivor Jen Pagani, the non-profit organization of Go Jen Go Foundation was created to provide direct financial assistance to Greater Charlotte families battling breast cancer — helping cover housing, utilities, transportation, groceries, and other essentials during diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.

Here’s How

We’re Showing Up

In Pink

Our specially branded Breast Cancer Awareness COOL-BINZ will serve as the official Go Jen Go merchandise station. Runners and families will can grab event merchandise from a climate-controlled, eye-catching bin that keeps everything organized and protected — rain or shine – after they cross the finish line.

Our dedicated Concession Stand Bin will keep post-race refreshments perfectly chilled and ready for every finisher, volunteer, and spectator. Because after 3.1 miles (or the Fun Run!), everyone deserves something cold and refreshing!

These aren’t ordinary bins. Our premium, fully insulated, climate-controlled portable storage units are engineered for exactly this kind of high-energy, community-focused day — delivering worry-free performance so organizers can focus on what matters most: celebrating survivors, honoring fighters, and raising critical funds.

At COOL-BINZ of Charlotte (proudly owned by Dennis and Sharon Peterson), this partnership is personal. We’re committed to ongoing philanthropic support for breast cancer causes across the Metrolina area because community isn’t just where we deliver — it’s why we exist.

Who’s Running With Us?

Let’s turn Symphony Park pink on March 21 and show what Charlotte strength looks like — one step, one bin, and one act of support at a time.

• Register to run or walk: runjenrun5k.raceroster.com
• Come cheer, enjoy the festival, music, kids’ zone, and local vendors
• Follow along as we share behind-the-scenes moments from our pink-wrapped bins

Together, we’re cooler — and stronger — when we support each other.
