Strong Growth in Our First Year
2025 marked a major expansion year for the COOL-BINZ brand with the opening of our Charlotte franchise. As part of the BELFOR Franchise Group family, COOL-BINZ of Charlotte launched in August 2025, offering flexible, climate-controlled storage solutions that protect belongings from heat, moisture, and the elements better than traditional portable storage options.
In a short time, we’ve built a strong local brand presence — proudly serving homeowners during remodels, supporting contractors on job sites, and helping businesses manage overflow or sensitive inventory. Our relationship-first approach has helped forge lasting partnerships across industries in the Metrolina area.

COOL-BINZ of Charlotte brought a 20-foot climate-controlled mobile office bin to the event, serving as a heating station and demonstrating our commitment to innovative, practical solutions in real-world settings.
